At Liron Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Items such as lingerie, bodysuits, and intimates are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- You must contact us first at lironcollection@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not return any items without receiving confirmation and instructions from our support team.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notification about the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
